1. You must ask Vern to build anything , it must be 1000 blocks away from cosmic city.

2. Must be on teamspeak 2+ hours a day

3. You must vote under the builders application every 24 hours

4. If your going to build ANYTHING in COSMIC CITY or FREEPLOTS it must look extremely nice exterior and interior.

FOLLOW THESE RULES, OR YOU WILL BE DEMOTED
